SNHU will accept as many as 45 credits from previous coursework if you're working toward an associate degree, up to 90 credits towards a bachelor's degree and up to 12 toward a graduate degree. Courses with a grade of C- or higher at an accredited institution are usually eligible to be transferred.

As an accredited institution, SNHU’s credits are generally accepted by other colleges and universities. Students who wish to transfer their credit elsewhere are responsible for verifying the transferability of credit prior to enrollment. No, SNHU does not require SAT or GMAT scores. We believe that standardized tests do not effectively measure a student's subject knowledge, or their ability to succeed. Additionally, by eliminating this requirement, students are able to pursue a faster, more flexible pathway to their education.

No. While our innovative online programs are a big part of who we are, our roots as a traditional business school predate the Internet by decades. Today, students can choose from hundreds of career-focused degree programs - some entirely online, and some on campus.

For students who would like a blended learning experience (both online and on campus) we are happy to work with you. Please note that a few of our programs, such as the MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, may require a blend of online and on-site learning. • Laptop or desktop?  Whichever you choose depends on your personal preference and work style, though laptops tend to offer more flexibility. 

• ±·´Ç³Ù±ð:  Chromebooks (Chrome OS) and iPads (iOS) do not meet the minimum requirements for coursework at SNHU. These offer limited functionality and do not work with some course technologies. They are not acceptable as the only device you use for coursework. While these devices are convenient and may be used for some course functions, they cannot be your primary device. SNHU does, however, have an affordable laptop option that it recommends: Dell Latitude 3301 with Windows 10. 

• Office 365 Pro Plus is available free of charge to all SNHU students and faculty. The Office suite will remain free while you are a student at SNHU. Upon graduation you may convert to a paid subscription if you wish. Terms subject to change at Microsoft's discretion. Review system requirements for  for business, education and government. 

• Antivirus software: Check with your ISP as they may offer antivirus software free of charge to subscribers.
