Curriculum
BUS-210 Managing and Leading in Business teaches students how to weave together leadership and management theories with their own personal style 鈥� all with the goal of becoming effective communicators and collaborators in diverse team environments.
In this class, you'll learn about how to lead within various organizational structures and areas of business. You'll gain an understanding of the ways functional areas work together to keep organizations running efficiently. You'll craft leadership maps, company culture statements and organizational structure charts. You'll also use realistic workplace scenarios to get hands on and practice thoughtful decision making.
